Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and respond to customer queries.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update customer information.
Support the sales team in lead conversion and achieving targets.
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, BDE, or Customer Handling.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
Candidates from EV, automobile, battery, energy, solar, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
