Role & responsibilities
Manage pharmacy operations and ensure availability of saleable stock.
Manage inward, outward, expiry and stock reconciliation of products.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
Bill both services and products through the billing system.
Handle day end entries related to billing, stock and transactions.
Ensure accurate product billing, pricing and discounts as per approved guidelines.
Monitor near expiry and slow moving stock and highlight the same to the Clinic Manager & doctors.
Coordinate with the clinic and warehouse teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products as per requirements.
Maintain required pharmacy records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and billing processes.
Support the clinic team in resolving product and billing related queries.
