We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage production planning, material availability, inventory coordination, and timely execution of production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
Monitor RM and packaging material availability for production.
Track production progress against planned targets.
Identify production delays, shortages, and bottlenecks and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain PPC reports, production records, and MIS.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for material requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely production and dispatch.
Prepare and maintain production planning and material requirement reports.
Coordinate with the production team to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
Maintain accurate data in ERP/MIS systems.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Robust coordination, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple production priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
