Responsibilities
Experience in PLC Ladder Programming, HMI Screens Development with (Allen Bradley , Mitsbuishi , Beckhoff , Delta , Omron & Siemens
Design and Development of Control Panel and Electrical Architectures.
Must have knowledge of Robotic based automation systems
Making documentation of projects which includes test reports, SOP etc
Must have knowledge of communication protocol like TCP/IP, Modbus, CAN,ActiveX etc.
Responsible for understanding project requirements and developing control logic in detail.
Valuable Technical Understanding and Troubleshooting Skills
Should have broad exposure in Measuring Devices(Load Cell ,LVDT,Resistance ect) ,
knowledge of (sensors both analog and digital).
Broad Domain experience in motion control projects including servo motors and pneumatic for various assembly manufacturing process.
Hands-on working experience in AutoCAD/E-Plan Designer
Project BOM, Purchase requisition/ Project Manual Preparation
Perform calculation & selection of Motors, Drives, AC, Load calculations & cable selections based upon application & design standards
Must have handled automation projects Independently.
Collaborate closely with the mechanical design engineer to for seamless system integration. .
Work well within a team workplace.
