About the Role

You'll own the end-to-end product for our Part Truckload (PTL) module — covering order booking, shipment tracking, and invoicing. This is a high-transaction-volume, operationally complex surface that sits at the intersection of shipper experience, courier integrations, and finance workflows. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and enterprise customers to sharpen the product and drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do
Define and execute the roadmap for PTL order creation, booking flows, multi-courier dispatch logic, and real-time tracking
Own the invoicing and billing module — including freight charge calculation, reconciliation workflows, and dispute handling
Map and improve courier integration touchpoints: booking APIs, webhook-based status updates, AWB generation, and exception handling
Conduct regular discovery with shippers, ops teams, and finance users to surface friction and prioritize improvements
Write crisp PRDs with transparent acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with engineering through sprint cycles
Define and track key metrics — booking conversion, tracking accuracy, invoice TAT, dispute rate

Required Qualifications
3–8 years of PM experience, with at least 1–2 years in a SaaS product workplace




Logistics domain knowledge — demonstrated understanding of courier/3PL operations, PTL/LTL mechanics, or last-mile/mid-mile workflows
Courier process familiarity — knows how AWB generation, pickup scheduling, POD flows, and NDR handling work in practice, not just in theory
Experience owning or contributing to booking/order management or invoicing product surfaces
Comfortable reading API documentation and working with engineering on integration-heavy features (courier APIs, webhooks, status feeds)
Strong analytical instincts — can size a problem, define a metric, and tell a coherent story with data
Able to write clear, unambiguous product specs independently Valuable to Have
Experience with freight billing, invoice reconciliation, or dispute workflows
Exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS with multi-tenant or multi-org complexity
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Jira, or equivalent
