We are looking for an experienced Production Head who has complete practical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and can manage the production cycle from CAD to Final QC.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete production process from CAD → CAM/Wax → Casting → Filling/Assembly → Setting → Polishing/Finishing → QC.
Plan and monitor daily production and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC and other departments.
Monitor manpower, productivity, WIP, wastage and rework.
Identify production issues and ensure timely solutions.
Maintain product quality as per approved designs and standards.
Prepare and monitor production reports and pending orders.
Manage and guide production teams and karigars.
Required Skills:
Robust practical knowledge of end-to-end jewellery manufacturing.
Must understand the production process from CAD to final QC.
Positive knowledge of jewellery quality, wastage and production planning.
Solid team management and coordination skills.
Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.
