Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and execution for logistics modules.
Manage order lifecycle, shipment visibility, SLAs, and partner integrations.
Convert logistics requirements into PRDs, API documentation, and technical solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and logistics partners.
Track and improve product adoption, conversion, retention, and order success.
Requirements
Experience in logistics tech, supply chain, fulfillment, or last-mile delivery.
Robust product thinking and logistics domain knowledge.
Experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
Data-driven decision-making and solid execution skills.
Valuable understanding of APIs and API structures.
Comfortable working in large-scale, cross-functional environments.
