Phlebotomist – Job Requirements
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, Diploma/Certificate in Phlebotomy, or relevant qualification.
Freshers with appropriate training are welcome to apply.
Valuable knowledge of blood collection, venipuncture, sample handling, and labeling.
Ability to handle patients professionally and comfortably during sample collection.
Knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste disposal procedures.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate patient and sample records.
Willingness to work flexible schedule/shifts, if required.
Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly.
