Job Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures.
Attend to plumbing complaints, leakage, blockage, and drainage issues.
Repair and maintain taps, toilets, washbasins, flush valves, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
Inspect water supply lines, drainage systems, water tanks, pumps, and pipelines.
Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.
Carry out recent plumbing installations, replacements, and modification work.
Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
Maintain and use plumbing tools and equipment properly.
Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems across the campus.
Respond to emergency plumbing and maintenance requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and safety while carrying out repair work.
Maintain basic records of repairs and maintenance activities.




Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for required materials and repair work.
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, pipes, valves, and fixtures.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing-related problems.
Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance.
Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in college, school, hospital, residential, or commercial building maintenance will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and institutional

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
