Product Manager:

We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to lead and scale the Insurance journey at Policybazaar. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, revenue retention, and operational efficiency, and will own end-to-end product outcomes across digital and assisted channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-impact B2C setting - translating complex business and regulatory requirements into easy, scalable product solutions.

Key Skills Required:
Own the end-to-end product roadmap, aligned with business, revenue, and customer retention goals
Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Conduct user research and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Create clear, comprehensive, and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and wireframes




Leverage data analysis (SQL, BI tools) to define metrics, track performance, and drive decision-making
Partner with the Technology team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality output
Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of proven product management experience in a tech/e-commerce/fintech environment/B2C in a fast paced setting
Bachelor's degree in engineering / quantitative field; Master's preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, product management tools, and cross-functional execution
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
