Role & responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Attend to plumbing complaints and maintenance requests from departments, hostels, and campus facilities.
Repair and replace taps, valves, pipes, toilets, wash basins, and other plumbing fixtures.
Identify and rectify water leaks, blockages, and drainage issues.
Conduct regular inspection of plumbing systems to prevent breakdowns.
Handle emergency plumbing issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and required materials.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the work site.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team for major repair and renovation works.
Maintain basic records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Preferred candidate profile
MInimum qualification ITI
Minimum Experience 1 Year
