Role Description and Responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions
Raise and manage purchase orders
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams




Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and costs
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports
Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships
Find opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
Ensure procurement follows company policies and approval procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Solid knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, purchase processes, and cost control
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP software
Understanding of construction materials, machinery, equipment, and services is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
