Our Core Competencies:
Candidate must have exposure to External Liquid, Oral Liquid, Lotion, Topicals, Syrup, and 2 or 3 years of experience in OSD/Tablets.
Candidate must have valuable communication skills.
Candidate should belong to a valuable family background.

Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production operations from planning to dispatch.
Ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Lead, train, and manage production teams while maintaining discipline.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
Monitor OEE, manpower, machine efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
Investigate deviations and implement CAPA.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.
Support process optimization, validation, technology transfer, and recent product launches.
