Placement Manager Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager – Engineering to drive campus placements and build strong relationships with leading companies. The candidate will be responsible for generating placement opportunities, managing recruiter relationships, and coordinating the end-to-end placement process for engineering students.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners.
Drive campus placement and recruitment activities for engineering students.
Identify and onboard recent companies for placements and internships.
Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, assessments,



and offer processes.
Work closely with students and internal teams to ensure placement readiness.
Track placement data, targets, and recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Experience in an engineering/technical education environment preferred.
Strong corporate network and excellent communication skills.
Solid negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
