Job Title: Project Management Office Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Trainee to support project coordination, documentation, tracking, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in project management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and dashboards
Support project teams in monitoring timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up updates
Coordinate with internal teams to collect project status updates
Assist in generating weekly/monthly project reports
Support resource allocation and task tracking activities
Ensure project documentation and records are updated and organized
Help identify project risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate when required
Support process improvement initiatives and PMO activities

Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of project management concepts is preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
