Key Responsibilities
Define and drive vehicle-level NVH targets and benchmarking activities.
Lead NVH development across BIW, powertrain, driveline, suspension, chassis, steering, mounts, seals, and sound package systems.
Conduct NVH analysis, testing, validation, and root cause investigations.
Drive prototype evaluations and implement design countermeasures to achieve NVH targets.
Lead Transfer Path Analysis (TPA), Modal Analysis, and vehicle refinement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Mentor engineers and lead NVH development across vehicle programs.

Required Experience & Skills
16+ years of experience in Automotive NVH Development.




Robust expertise in vehicle acoustics, vibration analysis, and vehicle refinement.
Hands-on experience with TPA, Modal Analysis, Sound Power Measurement, and NVH testing.
Experience in powertrain, chassis, suspension, and BIW NVH development.
Proficiency in tools such as LMS Test.Lab, Müller-BBM, MATLAB, ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent NVH tools.
Proven experience in leading NVH activities from concept to production.

Qualification
BE/ M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Design Engineering, or related discipline.
