Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams for timely material availability.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and payment-related coordination.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with reliable vendors and subcontractors.
Track market prices and source cost-effective materials without compromising quality.




Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and approved budgets.

Qualification & Skills
Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–8 years of relevant experience in construction procurement/purchase.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
Positive negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/purchase software, and procurement documentation.
Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
