Key Responsibilities
Program Management
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams.
Facilitate alignment of goals and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
Process & Strategy Development
• Build and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in defining program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
Stakeholder Management
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Problem Solving & Innovation
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
Contribute to product and program strategies with fresh perspectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA from IITs (mandatory).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership in academics, internships, or projects.
