Project Manager – Architect | Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
Review and approve designs, drawings, specifications and project documents.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and site progress.
Conduct site visits and resolve design/construction-related issues.
Ensure projects meet client requirements, building standards and deadlines.
Key Skills / Requirements
B.Arch with relevant project management experience.
Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
