Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, play-based learning activities.
Create a protected, warm, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Use storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities for learning.
Observe and track children’s development and progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth.
Participate in school events, meetings, and collaborative planning.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
NTT / Montessori / ECCEd certification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young learners.
