This role will be responsible for overlooking all shop floor production.

The Production Manager will oversee production, manpower management, productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. The role will work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Design teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Requirements
68 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
Mandatory experience in door manufacturing, furniture, modular furniture, plywood,

woodworking, or allied industries
Solid understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, and shop floor management
Experience in handling automated woodworking machinery, CNC machines, presses, and finishing lines
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience working with ERP systems for production reporting and shop floor management
Solid leadership, people management, analytical,



and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background
Experience in engineered door manufacturing (laminate, veneer, flush, painted, and designer doors), WPC doors and LVL doors
Hands-on exposure to complete door manufacturing processes including machining,

pressing, sanding, edge banding, finishing, and packaging
Experience in greenfield manufacturing setup and production system establishment
Robust knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, and visual management
Exposure to Industry 4.0, production dashboards, and ERP-driven shop floor execution will be an added advantage
