• Build and sustain sector-diverse employer networks.
• Develop employer relationships and convert them into meaningful placement opportunities.
• Manage coordination with employers, institutions and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, target management and reporting skills.
• Drive placement, internship and recruitment pathways across the region.
