Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and employers for placement prospects.
Identify job openings matching the skills and qualifications of trained candidates.
Coordinate with employers for job drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
Mobilize and prepare eligible candidates for placement opportunities.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on employer requirements.
Coordinate the complete interview and selection process.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, selections, and placements.
Regularly follow up with candidates and employers to ensure successful joining.
Achieve assigned placement targets within the given timeline.
Conduct employer visits and participate in job fairs, placement drives, and recruitment events.
Collect and maintain placement-related documentation and reports.
Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers to ensure candidates are placement-ready.
Provide post-placement follow-up and support to candidates and employers.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
