We are looking for a Programme Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of online education programmes and ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage curriculum and end-to-end programme delivery
Coordinate enrolments and admissions
Manage and coordinate learning facilitators
Oversee learner support, queries and ticket resolution
Track learner performance and prepare reports
Drive learner engagement and programme completion
Work closely with faculty and internal stakeholders
Handle cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in programme management, online education,



EdTech or a related field
Robust coordination, organisation and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with online learning platforms is preferred
Data-driven approach with positive reporting and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Experience working with faculty, facilitators or SMEs will be an advantage

Ideal Candidate

Someone who takes ownership, is comfortable managing both operations and people, and is passionate about improving learner outcomes and programme quality.
