Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging activities for pre-primary children.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.
Use play-based, activity-based, and child-centered teaching methods.
Develop children’s communication, motor, social, and emotional skills.
Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming classroom workplace.
Observe and record children’s learning and development.
Encourage valuable habits, manners, sharing, and cooperation.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, craft activities, and classroom displays.
Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings,



and other activities.
Maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.
Follow school policies and child-safety procedures.

Qualifications
Graduate degree with ECCE/NTT/DEd/Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience teaching pre-primary children is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
