Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
1216 years of experience in Software Project Management, with significant experience managing enterprise software implementation or product development projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and customer-facing software delivery programs.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, project governance, estimation techniques, and release management.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
Robust expertise in risk management, scope management, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams within rapid-paced Agile settings.
Experience delivering Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech transformation programs.
