Curriculum planning and implementation skills
Classroom observation and mentoring ability
Knowledge of NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy
Record-keeping and documentation skills
Plan and implement ECCE/play-based curriculum
Ensure age-appropriate teaching practices (no academic pressure)
Monitor lesson plans, activity plans, and classroom delivery
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback
Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers and assistant staff
Conduct staff meetings and training sessions
Support recent teachers with orientation and curriculum planning
Ensure developmental records and portfolios are maintained
Conduct parent orientation programs and PTMs
Address parent concerns and ensure positive communication

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject or education.
B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
