About Role:

Own the end-to-end management of The GB Show, including guest coordination, episode planning, production, publishing, and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and coordinate with CXOs, founders, and industry leaders as guests.
Manage guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
Plan episode topics, questions, and content flow.
Coordinate with production, editing, design, and social media teams.
Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes.
Track podcast performance and audience engagement.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in podcast, content, media, events, or influencer management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media and content trends.
Comfortable interacting with senior industry specialists.
