Complete online / offline vendor registration & PQ with EIL, PDIL, HPCL, GAIL, BHEL, IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, NTPC and other PSUs / EPCs.
Prepare, compile & submit PQ documents, conformity matrices and vendor forms; track approvals and vendor codes.
Maintain & update API Q1 (10th Ed.) and API 6D documentation - procedures, formats and records.
Support ISO 9001:2015 / 14001 / 45001 documentation, internal audits and management reviews.
Face and coordinate external / customer / certification-body audits as Assistant Management Representative.
Coordinate with QA, Production, Purchase & Sales for audit evidence and closure of findings (CAPA).
Maintain document control, master lists and QMS records.

Responsible for end-to-end vendor registration and pre-qualification on customer / PSU e-portals (GeM, CPP and client-specific portals), compiling and submitting PQ documents, and assisting the Management Representative in developing and maintaining API Q1, PED, IATF & ISO 9001/14001/45001 documentation and audit readiness. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
