Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day tablet manufacturing operations as per the production plan.
Supervise Granulation, Compression, Strip Packing, Primary & Secondary Packing.
Ensure compliance with BMR, SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements.
Monitor production output, yield, machine performance, and process parameters.
Ensure proper line clearance, documentation, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations.
Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.
Report and assist in investigation of deviations, breakdowns, and production issues.
Support process improvement and reduction of wastage/downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must have hands-on exposure to Tablets and OSD manufacturing.
Knowledge of Granulation, Compression, and Packing operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidate should have a valuable family background.
Basic knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
