Prepare GA Drawing of AHU/HVAC Equipment.
Prepare material costing,Equipment Pricing and detailed quotations obtain & evaluate vendor quotation for AHU component and assesment.
Prepare cost comparison statement and obtimize equipment costing.
Understand AHU construction,component,capacity,ESP,Air flow,Coil selection,Filter,Fans.Motor insulation.
Ensure Quotation comply with project specification and client requirement.
Support tendor preparation and commercial negotiation.
Job Duties
Manage the complete HVAC system planning from receipt of base drawings from client / architect for various type of projects from master planning to GFC drawings.
Prepare heat loads, tender drawing and specifications, HVAC estimates, issuing of tender, preparing comparative analysis, negotiation with supplier if needed.
