Job Purpose To manage day-to-day procurement activities for construction projects and corporate requirements, ensuring timely availability of materials, competitive pricing, quality, and proper vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Raise and process purchase requirements based on approved material requisitions.
Source and evaluate vendors for construction materials, equipment, services, and general requirements.
Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and other departments for timely procurement.
Follow up with vendors for material delivery and ensure adherence to committed timelines.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving prospects.
Coordinate with Stores and Quality teams for material receipt and quality-related issues.
Handle vendor complaints, shortages, replacements, and delayed deliveries.




Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company procurement procedures.
Maintain proper records and MIS reports related to purchases.

Vendor delivery performance.
Quality and compliance of procured materials.
Accuracy and timely processing of Purchase Orders.
Vendor development and performance.
Adherence to approved procurement processes and budgets.
Authority & Responsibility
Responsible for routine procurement activities within approved authority limits.
Recommend suitable vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capability.
Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority.
Escalate major price variations, delays, quality issues, and non-compliance to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
