Role & responsibilities
Conduct raw material and finished product testing as per specifications.
Perform routine chemical and laboratory analysis.
Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
Monitor in-process quality and support batch approval/release.
Investigate quality deviations, batch failures and customer complaints.
Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase to resolve quality issues.
Maintain QC records, test reports, batch registers and specifications.
Prepare and maintain SOPs and QA documentation.
Support internal quality audits and ensure laboratory standards.
