Role
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Associate to connect with prospective clients and understand what they are looking for. The candidate will gather basic requirements and coordinate with the appropriate property team.
What You’ll Do
Speak with clients over phone and understand their needs.
Note details such as preferred area, budget, property type, and size.
Understand whether the client is looking for a purchase, rental, sale, or investment.
Keep client information updated.
Pass relevant requirements to the concerned team.
Stay in touch with clients for required updates.
Coordinate with sales and property teams.
Maintain call and lead information in the company system.
Provide clear and skilled communication to clients.
What We’re Looking For
Any Degree.
0.6 – 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or calling role.
Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
Good listening and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain accurate information.
Real estate experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
