Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate hospital, IVF clinic, and healthcare facility projects .
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, detailed designs, and documentation.
Plan specialized healthcare areas including IVF labs, OTs, consultation and recovery areas .
Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, biomedical, contractors, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits in Kenya , monitor execution, and resolve design/site issues.
Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, and technical submissions.
Ensure designs meet applicable healthcare, building, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications
B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD ; Revit/SketchUp knowledge preferred.
Robust understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, and site execution.
