Production Planning Executive – Steel Service Partner

Experience: 2–5 Years | Location: Plant

Key Responsibilities
Plan daily production based on customer orders, material availability and delivery schedules.
Prepare cutting/nesting plans for coils, sheets and customer-specific sizes.
Optimize material yield and minimize scrap, edge trim and process losses.
Calculate and monitor yield loss / material consumption against planned quantities.
Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Purchase and Production for smooth execution of plans.
Prepare machine-wise production plans for Slitting, CTL and other processing lines.
Ensure optimum utilization of RM, WIP, machines and production capacity.
Monitor actual production vs. planned production and identify deviations.
Maintain production planning,



yield and wastage reports and highlight variances.
Support continuous improvement in yield, productivity, capacity utilization and processing cost.

Preferred: Experience in steel service centre / steel processing, with positive knowledge of nesting, coil planning, yield calculation, scrap control and production planning. Solid Excel and analytical skills required. Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
