Position: QC Chemist
Industry: Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities
Instrumental Analysis: Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated QC laboratory instruments including GC (Gas Chromatography), Spectrometers, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, and Karl Fisher (KF) titration apparatus.
Testing & Inspection: Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished chemical products as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, record test data promptly, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and analytical reports.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety protocols, and internal quality management systems.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education:



B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working as a QC Chemist within the Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory hands-on experience and operational knowledge of GC, UV-Vis Spectrometer, and Karl Fischer titration.
Strong understanding of chemical testing methods, laboratory safety, and quality control procedures.
Soft Skills: Positive analytical thinking, attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
