Key Responsibilities
Develop, review and coordinate architectural drawings and design documentation.
Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Review drawings and ensure alignment between design and site execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural works.
Resolve design and drawing-related issues during construction.
Review shop drawings, material specifications and architectural details.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
Ensure execution as per approved designs, specifications and project standards.
Monitor architectural finishes and quality of workmanship.
Support design development and modification requirements.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and project documentation.
Coordinate with project management on design-related timelines and deliverables.
