Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day printing production activities.
Ensure smooth production operations and timely completion of printing jobs.
Work with both
Offset Printing and Digital Printing processes.
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Supervise production manpower and allocate work efficiently.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Identify and resolve basic production and quality-related issues.
Ensure proper handling and utilization of printing materials and resources.
Maintain production records and other basic documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production procedures.
Coordinate with relevant teams to address production requirements and operational issues.
Education
Diploma in Print Technology is required.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Knowledge of Offset Printing and Digital Printing is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of quality management and quality control processes.
Good understanding of printing production handling and supervision.
Ability to manage and supervise manpower effectively.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in
MS Office.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi languages is required.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with practical experience in
Offset and Digital Printing production will be preferred.
Should have valuable manpower-handling and production-supervision skills.
Should be comfortable coordinating with production teams and managing day-to-day operational activities.
