PROPERTY CONSULTANT
Identify and generate potential customers for the company’s real estate projects through calls, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location, and other property features to prospective customers.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits and provide qualified guidance throughout the sales process.
Follow up with leads regularly, maintain customer relationships, and update lead information in the CRM.
Negotiate and coordinate with customers to facilitate bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth completion of transactions.
Maintain professional communication with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate prospects.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Head/Management.
Positive communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills are required.

Pay: ₹12,970.69 - ₹25,000.00 per month
