Quality Control Manager – Role & Responsibilities
Check quality of raw materials, cut parts and finished caps.
Inspect products at different stages of production.
Ensure products match approved samples and specifications.
Identify defects and coordinate with Production for correction.
Maintain quality inspection and rejection records.
Conduct final inspection before packing and dispatch.
Ensure proper measurement, stitching, embroidery, colour and finishing.
Report major quality issues to the Production/Management team.
Follow company quality standards and procedures.
Support customer complaint investigation and corrective actions.
