Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and fabricated parts as per required quality standards.
Perform in-process and final inspection of packaging machines and machine components.
Check dimensions, measurements, alignment, finishing, and assembly quality.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and QC records.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams for corrective action.
Ensure machines are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Conduct functional testing of machines before dispatch.
Maintain proper documentation of inspection and testing activities.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Service,



and Design teams regarding quality issues.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality problems.
Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected or defective materials.
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
Assist in preparing Final Inspection Reports / Quality Reports before machine dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
