We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry. The candidate must have completed B.Tech and possess strong knowledge of telecom site operations, project coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage telecom site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise field engineers, site coordinators, contractors, and vendors.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Coordinate civil, electrical, and telecom installation activities.
Review site documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
Resolve site-related issues and support timely project completion.
Ensure proper resource planning and manpower deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in the telecom industry.




B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of telecom site operations and project coordination.
Experience in telecom rollout, installation, and site execution.
Good knowledge of civil and electrical works related to telecom projects.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting.

Experience in handling multiple telecom projects simultaneously.
Strong team management and client coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
Location: Punjab/Chandigarh
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Skills)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
