Manage procurement of household, estate, and lifestyle-related items for senior Management including residences.
Procure premium gifting articles, festival gifts, corporate hampers, customized gifts, and seasonal requirements.
Identify reliable vendors and negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring superior quality.
Develop and maintain an approved vendor network across multiple categories.
Source materials and equipment required for estate upkeep and special projects.
Support setup and procurement requirements for guest houses and residential facilities.
Manage procurement for festivals, family functions, religious ceremonies, and special occasions.




Source creative gifting solutions and premium hampers.
Coordinate decoration materials, event supplies, and customized branding requirements.
Ensure timely execution of festival and event-related procurement activities.
Recommend new products, technologies, and cutting-edge procurement solutions.
Benchmark market offerings and identify best-value opportunities.
Present creative and cost-effective options for management consideration.

Travel & Field Responsibilities
Conduct regular local market visits for sourcing and vendor meetings.
Visit exhibitions, trade fairs, furniture expos, nursery events, and gifting exhibitions.
Evaluate product quality and supplier capabilities through in office assessments.
Flexibility for extended working hours and urgent assignments whenever required.
