Quality

Inspection &
Testing
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products as per approved specifications.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, workmanship, and product quality.
Use measuring instruments and testing equipment appropriately.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
Identify, document, and report quality defects and deviations.

B.

Quality

Documentation &
Reporting
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and test records.
Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports as required.
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection results and quality-related activities.
Support preparation and maintenance of quality-related documents.

C. Non-Conformance &
Corrective Actions
Identify and report non-conforming materials, products, or processes.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.




Support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints through preventive measures.

D. Process &
Quality Improvement
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Participate in internal quality audits and process audits.
Identify prospects for improving quality and reducing defects.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

E. Coordination &
Compliance
Coordinate with production, maintenance, design, and purchase departments.
Communicate quality issues to the concerned departments and management.
Ensure that inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
Follow workplace safety and company policies.
Support customer inspections and quality-related queries, where required.
