Job Purpose To analyse and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure finished products meet buyer specifications and company quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Review buyer quality specifications and approved samples.
Monitor quality from incoming fabric through finished products.
Conduct inline, end-line and final quality checks.
Analyse defects, rejection and rework.
Prepare quality reports and defect analysis.
Identify root causes of recurring quality problems.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Production.
Monitor measurement, stitching, fabric, finishing and packing quality.
Ensure production follows approved specifications.
Support internal,
buyer and third-party inspections.
Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
Support continuous reduction of rejection and rework.
Required Skills Home-textile quality knowledge, fabric inspection, stitching quality, AQL awareness, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, Excel/reporting and problem solving.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or relevant qualification.

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
