Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure requirements move forward as planned.
Plan task allocation based on project priorities, deadlines, and team availability.
Oversee project trackers, timelines, requirements and documentation.
Work closely with designers and developers to keep deliverables on schedule.
Review project progress regularly and address pending tasks, delays and dependencies.
Coordinate design-to-development handovers and ensure a smooth transition between teams.
Identify any issues or delays and escalate them before they affect timelines.
Handle client change requests by documenting, coordinating with the team and tracking them until completion.
Review completed work against requirements and ensure expected changes are properly implemented.
Assist is testing staging websites before client submission.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and ensure requirements are closed within the expected timeline.

Job Requirements
1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills.




Ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and project priorities.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
Valuable understanding of project workflows, dependencies, and task management.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work based on urgency and deadlines.
Proactive approach to identifying risks, delays, and blockers.
Robust ownership and accountability for project deliverables.
Ability to communicate project status, issues, and delays clearly to the concerned stakeholders.
Working understanding of website design and development processes.
Familiarity with staging, testing, and design-to-development workflows.
Experience with Slack, project trackers, or similar project management tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and make timely decisions within the project workflow.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
