Role & responsibilities
Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials as per approved specifications
Perform in-process inspection during production and monitor defined quality parameters
Carry out final inspection/testing of finished plastic granules before release
Collect samples from production and prepare samples for laboratory testing as per SOP
Operate QC laboratory/testing equipment after proper training
Follow company SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, 5S and safety requirements
Support internal/external audits and provide required QC records.
Perform any other quality-related activities assigned by the QC/Quality Manager

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
CIPET candidates with relevant plastics/polymer knowledge will be preferred.
Willingness to work in shift operations.
Candidates residing in or around Khed / Chakan / Rajgurunagar / Pune will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
