Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching and finishing quality.
Check garment measurements as per approved size/specification.
Identify stitching, fabric, measurement and finishing defects.
Conduct inline and final quality inspections.
Coordinate with Line Supervisor and Production Team to resolve quality issues.
Monitor rework and rejection levels.
Maintain quality inspection and rejection reports.
Ensure garments meet customer specifications before dispatch.
Follow company quality standards and inspection procedures.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of garment construction and stitching defects.
Knowledge of measurement/specification sheets.
Ability to identify quality issues quickly.
Basic Excel/reporting knowledge.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Experience: 2–5 years
