Test Strategy, Test Planning & Defect Management
Agile/Scrum and Stakeholder Management
Team mentoring and offshore coordination
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA activities across Healthcare Payer applications.
Define test strategy and automation roadmap.
Drive automation using Tosca or Playwright.
Review test artifacts, track quality metrics, and mentor QA teams.
Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
